Approach
My approach is collaborative, playful, and client-led. Through our work together, we will reflect on how past experiences may be influencing who you are today and identify interventions to support you in connecting with who you would like to become.
Over the last seven years my clinical focus has been with individuals, families, and groups across the lifespan. I have over a decade of experience supporting children, families and individuals as both therapist and educator.

Sessions are available virtually or in-person at my office in Mercer Island, Wa.
Cost of Sessions
$175 Individual Therapy per 50 minute session (Initial Intake $200/50 minute session)
$175 Parent-Child Therapy per 50 minute session (Initial Intake $200/50 minute session)
$200 Couples/Family Therapy per 50 minute session (Initial Intake $225/50 minute session)
School Consultation/Classroom Observations
$300 per 50 minutes for in-person consultation/collaboration/observation at site
$200 per 50 minute virtual consultation/collaboration/observation
Insurance
I am out-of-network for all insurance plans. If you would like to use your insurance to cover the cost of our work together, you will need to reach out to your insurance independently.
Our work together may be covered in part or in full by your health insurance or employee benefit plan, but I cannot predict coverage. I do not communicate with insurance companies. I can provide a statement at the end of every month which you can independently submit to your insurance company.
